We break down the top media moments this week—and plenty of misses.

This week’s news cycle has been dominated by the anonymous New York Times op-ed written by a Trump administration official with major news networks covering it nonstop, calling it a quote “constitutional crisis,” and some are suggesting a need for invoking the 25th Amendment.

Publishing this op-ed brings up questions of journalistic integrity for The New York Times. In 2016, The New York Times’ opinion section published an article that said its editors would be cracking down on anonymous sources because of frequent factual errors. The New York Times also only vaguely defined what it means to be a “senior administration official,” which could include thousands of people.

There’s no fake news here. Watch the video above for this week’s media misses and be sure to leave us your feedback at [email protected] and you could be featured in next week’s episode.
