Share Your Tales of Life in the Shadow of COVID-19
Ken McIntyre /
How are you and your family responding to the “new normal” in this, the time of coronavirus?
How about your workplace or place of worship?
Things have changed dramatically in America almost overnight because of the new coronavirus disease, which health officials call COVID-19.
Here at The Daily Signal, we’d like to hear your stories and observations of what you see around you.
Write them down and send them to us at [email protected], and we’ll publish the most interesting ones.
Did something happen to you that is directly related to coronavirus? Maybe your workplace has been closed or you now telework. Could you provide some details? How are you coping?
If you personally know someone who has COVID-19, perhaps you can share what that’s like.
Tell us what you are doing differently. Tell us how you are spending time in a new way.
What are you telling your kids or grandkids? Or your parents and grandparents? How are they responding?
Perhaps a friend or neighbor is in a suddenly new situation that we all can relate to.
Tell us some specifics about what’s changed for you and around you, and send them to [email protected].
Try to keep your thoughts under 300 words. Please include your full name, occupation, town, and—if you don’t mind—your age.
We’ll edit all submissions we use for length, style, and clarity. (That’s a big reason why we prefer you don’t use the comments space below to tell your stories.)
Thank you, and stay healthy.
