Fox News and the Associated Press have reported Hillary Clinton has wins the state of Vermont, with its three electoral votes, while Donald Trump captured Kentucky’s eight electoral votes and Indiana’s 11 votes.
Republican Sens. Rand Paul of Kentucky and Tim Scott of South Carolina were re-elected. Democratic Sen. Patrick Leahy also wins re-election, according to the Associated Press.
