Even in Spanish, HealthCare.gov a Mess

Thought you were done with bulk of problems stemming from HealthCare.gov? Think again.
Even as problems still abound on the English side, new reports show that the Spanish-language version of HealthCare.gov is causing its own headaches.
Released two months late, CuidadoDeSalud.gov includes confusing language scattered in both English and Spanish on the site. According to critics, the site seems to be translated via computer generation — so English to Spanish translations result in phrases that often do not make sense.
One Obamacare Navigator helping with enrollment in Miami claimed the site is actually written in “Spanglish” so Spanish speakers cannot read it without help.
The Department of Health and Human Services has defended the website, as it did with the original, saying, “…we continue to work closely with key stakeholders to get feedback in order to improve the experience for those consumers that use the website.”
