The event is now over. We will have an archived video as soon as it is available.
Now that the people have spoken, it is time to hear “the Great One,” Mark Levin.
As the concluding event in our Preserve the Constitution series, Heritage is honored to host talk-radio legend Mark Levin today at 11 a.m. ET for a post-election analysis. He will sit down with former Attorney General Ed Meese to discuss what the results mean for our constitutional republic.
Levin is the well-known host of his nightly syndicated radio show and is the best-selling author of Liberty and Tyranny: A Conservative Manifesto and most recently Ameritopia: The Unmaking of America. He also served as chief of staff to the 75th Attorney General of the United States, Heritage’s own Ed Meese. Levin is also a prominent constitutional lawyer, leading the prestigious freedom-based public interest law firm Landmark Legal Foundation in Washington, D.C.
With his characteristic candor, Levin will share his views on how the election results will be translated into policy and action. It was a dispiriting election in several respects for conservatives. We will ask him to weigh in on what lessons conservatives should take from an electoral defeat and reasons to be hopeful over the next four years.
There will be no shortage of colorful commentary, as he will discuss issues ranging from economic and foreign policy to the likelihood that President Obama will get to make at least one Supreme Court nomination in his second term.
Join us as we explore all of these questions and more with this beloved commentator on news and political events. Watch the event online here at 11 a.m. ET.
