Releasing a pair of polls on the Affordable Care Act, Gallup noted Wednesday that the nation’s uninsured rate remained steady at 13.4 percent for the third quarter.

On the same day, the national polling company found the health law—known as Obamacare—is still unpopular, with more Americans directly impacted saying the law hurt them (27 percent) rather than helped (16 percent). Another 54 percent said they were unaffected by the law.

While U.S. adult health care coverage has increased for those with buying individual health plans for themselves or family members, Gallup showed a decline for those being covered by a current or former employee.

Medicaid coverage also has risen since 2013 but had held steady at 20.7 percent of Americans insured in third quarter of 2014.
