An illegal immigrant convicted of killing two young girls in a hit-and-run accident in Oregon won’t serve jail time or be deported, Laura Ingraham reported on Fox News last night. Last month, an immigration judge released Cynthia Garcia-Cisneros from prison and dismissed her case. The Oregonian reported the 19-year-old had “temporary permission to be in the country through the federal Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program,” which President Obama instituted in 2012.
