Another Planned Parenthood clinic was caught on camera providing X-rated advice to underage girls.

This time, the incident took place in Portland, Oregon, where an employee at the Planned Parenthood Clackamas Center told a 15-year-old girl how to best “enjoy” sex and explore “different types of fetishes.”
Some girls like being “spanked,” “hit,” or “whipped,” said the counselor. Other instructions ranged from encouraging the minor to read “Kama Sutra” books to watching “educational pornos” online.
The undercover video, “SEXED: Dangerous Sex Advice for Kids (Episode 3),” is part of Live Action’s nationwide campaign to spread awareness of Planned Parenthood’s track record of offering advice about “BDSM”—a practice in which sexual partners beat, lash or otherwise inflict pain on each other—to girls who the staffers think are 15- and 16-year-olds.
At one point, the counselor said: “Some people like to play the baby thing, where they will put on diapers.”
Live Action’s president, Lila Rose, expressed outrage over the latest findings:
There is no way anyone can justify a counselor telling a 15-year-old girl that ‘some people like being spanked, or whipped, or hit.’ This is not the stuff of sex education, but rather a disturbing ideology consciously being pushed on our nation’s youth.
Planned Parenthood receives more than$500 million annually from taxpayers, amounting to almost half of the organization’s budget. Under the Personal Responsibility Education Program, an Obamacare-funded sex-education initiative, Planned Parenthood is receiving additional taxpayer funding.
A statement on Planned Parenthood’s website says the organization “is working with the federal and state governments to ensure access to sex education programs that give young people the reliable, accurate information they need to make responsible decisions and stay healthy.”
Columbia Willamette, the Planned Parenthood affiliate that runs the facility in Live Action’s latest video, was selected by the Department of Health and Human Services to receive PREP grant funding.
“Oregon is a liberal state,” Rose said. “There’s no doubt about that. But political ideology shouldn’t affect parents’ desire to protect their children. Whether you’re liberal or conservative, or even pro-life or pro-abortion, tax-funded ‘counseling’ sessions directing kids to porn sites and sex shops, and teaching them how to beat and choke each other, are completely unacceptable.”
The Daily Signal previously reported on Planned Parenthood staffers promoting controversial sexual behaviors to minors in Denver, where one counselor suggested a 15-year-old girl read the erotic novel “Fifty Shades of Grey” and search online “to see kind of how they execute it.”
Planned Parenthood and its Columbia Willamette affiliate did not responded to The Daily Signal’s request for comment.
