Raising the profile even further for the Values Voter Summit 2013, media heavyweights Glenn Beck and Mark Levin have been confirmed as featured speakers at the Washington event October 11–13—along with four current U.S. Senators, Heritage Foundation President Jim DeMint, and dozens of conservative leaders.

Founder of The Blaze, Glenn Beck was recently honored at the Tribeca Disruptive Innovation Awards for his pioneering use of media. Mark Levin, host of the highly rated daily talk radio show, is author of the current New York Times best-seller The Liberty Amendments.

These two innovators join four current U.S. Senators—Ted Cruz (R–TX), Rand Paul (R–KY), Marco Rubio (R–FL), and Tim Scott (R–SC)—seven Members of the U.S. House of Representatives, Dr. Ben Carson, Jim DeMint, Star Parker, Rick Santorum, and other leaders in addressing the Values Voter Summit 2013.

Beyond inspiring speeches, this premier event provides citizen activists with multiple ways to get involved:

  • Discover practical local steps to make a difference on vital policy issues,
  • Learn the latest on today’s important policy debates from defunding Obamacare to defending marriage, and
  • Participate in a job fair with opportunities from over 100 leading conservative groups.

Other Members of Congress slated to speak include Representatives Michele Bachmann (R–MN), Steve King (R–IA), and recent vice presidential candidate Paul Ryan (R–WI). On Friday afternoon, attendees at the summit will set the agenda during an interactive town hall with Representatives Jim Bridenstine (R–OK), Louie Gohmert (R–TX), Jim Jordan (R–OH), and Steve Scalise (R–LA).

Following two full days of strategic insights, Q&A, and informative discussions, on Saturday evening leaders will recognize a conservative hero—Dr. Ed Feulner, founder of The Heritage Foundation—with the Vision and Leadership Award.

With swing music and lively speeches from columnist Cal Thomas, Father Robert Sirico of the Acton Institute, and Dr. Feulner’s longtime close friend Edwin Meese III—our nation’s 75th Attorney General under President Ronald Reagan—the “Faith, Family and Freedom Gala” serves as the capstone for this important eighth annual Values Voter Summit.

Families and leaders from more than 40 U.S. states participated in last year’s Values Voter Summit. While exhibitor spaces are sold out, event registration is currently still open.
