Kathleen Sebelius was not having a good day on Tuesday. When the Secretary of Health and Human Services attempted to log in to HealthCare.gov at a public event in Miami, she was denied entry by a message reading, “I’m sorry but the system is temporarily down.”

Ironically, she was there to encourage people to sign up for accounts on the Obamacare exchange website. As Heritage has said, the website is merely a distraction from the major policy disasters found within the law. Nevertheless, a broken website is a good metaphor for a very broken law.

Later that day, Sebelius was asked what she learned from her experiences in Miami. Her answer: “For a number of  [people], they are frustrated with the Web experience that they had.”
